Return requests can be done by logging onto your web account. Click on 'My Account', then 'Order History' or 'Invoice History'.  Find the order that needs to be returned by clicking the 'date' or 'order #'  and fill out the following: qty returning, return reason, return notes if needed and then click on 'Send Return Request'.

The RMA  label will be emailed the following day.
