Here are the steps to request an RMA label on our website:

  • Log in
  • Hover mouse over ‘My Account’ and then ‘Order History’ or 'Invoice History'
  • Select the ‘Date’ or ‘Order #’ to open the order
  • Click on ‘Return Request (RMA)
  • Enter the ‘Qty Returning’, select the ‘Return Reason’ and then ‘Send Return Request’
  • Print label

 

How to retrieve an RMA label:

  • Log in
  • Hover mouse over ‘My Account’ and then ‘Order History’
  • Click on ‘Reprint Return Label’
