Here are the steps to request an RMA label on our website:
- Log in
- Click the arrow next to the web account, ex. ‘Hi John .
- Find ‘MY Orders’ and then ‘Order History’
- Click on ‘Order #’ to view
- Click on ‘Return Request (RMA)
- Enter the ‘Qty Returning’, select the ‘Return Reason’ and then ‘Send Return Request’
- Print label

- Click on ‘Reprint Return Label’
