Here are the steps to request an RMA label on our website:

  • Log in
  • Click the arrow next to the web account, ex. ‘Hi John  .
  • Find ‘MY Orders’ and then ‘Order History’
  • Click on ‘Order #’ to view
  • Click on ‘Return Request (RMA)
  • Enter the ‘Qty Returning’, select the ‘Return Reason’ and then ‘Send Return Request’
  • Print label

 

How to retrieve an RMA label:

  • Click on ‘Order #’ to view
  • Click on ‘Reprint Return Label’
