How long will it take to receive my kit?
Your custom kit has two components: the aluminum bur block and the instrumentation.
The instrumentation will ship once your order has been processed. The customized aluminum bur block will ship separately once engraving has been completed, which may take up to two weeks.
Can I reorder just the instrumentation to refill my kit?
Absolutely. To order a kit refill navigate to the “Saved Kits” page which can be found under “My Account” and click “Order Refill” for the desired kit.
Are Brasseler bur blocks autoclavable?

Can I order a customized bur block without the instrumentation?
Yes, you can order customized aluminum bur blocks without adding instrumentation. Please note that specific holes cannot be personalized without the purchase of instrumentation.
Why can’t I modify certain procedural kits?
Some kits can’t be modified because of their exclusivity to a proprietary application of procedural based treatment developed by a leading dental clinician.
What is the return policy for customized procedural kits?
For any instrumentation, our standard 90-day consumables return policy applies.
For customized bur blocks, all sales are final and we cannot accept any returns. Please carefully review your block (including any spelling of custom text) before submitting your order.
